A person requiring information in relation to land within the limits of the city, and contained in records in the possession of the council, shall be entitled upon application to the city clerk to have a search made for and to be provided with a copy, upon payment of the reasonable fees that may be charged by the council for copying. (1)The council may encourage economic development as it considers appropriate, and for that purpose may enter into an agreement with another city, municipality, local service district, agency, person or the government of the province.
